Buttercup (Female)
We found this female yellow lab mix at the corner of 220 and HWY 71. She looks to be about 8 months old. She is so sweet and is wonderful with kids. She seems to be house trained, she has not had any accidents in the house, and gets along well with other dogs. She sits on command, and will chase a ball, any ball for as long as you will throw it. Pee-Wee (Male)
Pee-Wee was found roaming the streets by the Shreveport Airport, extremely skinny and thirsty. We've seen him as far over as the Pines Road/I-20 bridge before, but came out of the office one morning to find him in our parking lot. He was scared at first, but warmed up to us fast. We already own two dogs from shelters and just can't take another one home. Since this is an office, the boss says he has to go. Pee-Wee is very, very sweet, quick to learn, loves to cuddle, and just wants to please. We're guessing he's between 15-20 pounds. He would be wonderful with kids and loves playing with our two dogs. We've bathed him in flea shampoo several times and he is currently on Frontline. We're not sure of his age or what kind of mix he may be, but he would make a wonderful addition to any family.
