Sparky is about five months old and possible Jack Russell/terrier mix. Sparky was a stray that was found in Vivian. He is the sweetest little dog and loves meeting people he seems to get along with most dogs. Neutered. Sparky loves to play with his toys, but he also wants time out to cuddle. He was fostered during the storm and his foster family said he was doing real well learning to get potty trained. Sparky tested heartworm positive and been on the slow kill heartworm treatment.
